If you would like to send us your purchase order you can email a copy to customerservice@rochester100.com or fax copy to (585) 475-0340. To ensure your order is not duplicated, please do not place an online order and send a copy of your purchase order.

Vinyl Products - We will accept returns within 60 days for a refund only if the product was incorrectly made by Rochester 100 and/or the product was damaged in transit.
Nicky’s Folders and other polypropylene products - We will accept returns on stock products within 60 days for a refund. Custom orders are non-returnable.
