Returns

• Vinyl Products - We will accept returns within 60 days for a refund only if the product was incorrectly made by Rochester 100® and/or the product was damaged in transit.
• Nicky’s Folders®, Katie’s® Folders, Izzy’s EZ-Access®Folders and other Polypropylene Products We will accept returns on stock products within 60 days for a refund.
• The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including tax on returned, cancelled, no longer needed or exchanged orders, unless the return is due to our error.
• Custom orders including items requested with 3 Hole Punch are non-returnable.
