• Made with archival safe polypropylene material.
• Folders are water resistant. Can be sanitized/cleaned.

What can I imprint?
You can imprint text and/or logos. We can only imprint in one color.

Where can I imprint on a product?

#1 - stamped 4" x 6" area of text and/or logo
#2 - inside only English Communicator stamping (+$20 set up fee)

What is the process for ordering a custom product?

1. Make your item, color(s), and quantity selection above.
2. Select from the custom imprint drop down either option #1 or option #2
   Option #1:
   Select if you are using new artwork or artwork from previous order.
   (Optional) Upload your new custom artwork or type your custom text in the "Text or Instructions" field.. See "Prepare your artwork" section.
   In the "What color imprint would you like?" field, tell us what color you want your logo or text to be stamped in. Popular colors are gold, silver, white, black, navy blue, yellow, red, green, orange, purple. We can only print in one color.
   After you place your order the art department will be contacting you by email to work with you to get your order to production. Production time generally runs 10-12 working days.
   Option #2:
   Your folders will be stamped in BLACK foil with the standard "Communicator" style wording:
   Inside Left        Return to School
   Inside Right      Keep at Home

Prepare your artwork

Art Requirements

• Print ready copy/vector line art (300 DPI or higher)
• File Types Accepted .ai, .eps, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .psd

• Full clear sleeves on front and back.
• Fits approximately 30 Letter Size (8.5” x 11”) paper in each sleeve.
• Inside Pocket Dimension: 8.625” x 11.25”
• Two 4 ½” high clear inside pockets
• Fits approximately 20 Letter Size (8.5” x 11”) paper in each pocket
• Inside Pocket Dimension: 8.625” x 4.25”
• Two full clear sleeves on inside
• Fits approximately 30 Letter Size (8.5” x 11”) paper in each pocket
• Inside Pocket Dimension: 8.5” x 11”
